Welcome to Rievaulx class!
Our class teacher is Mrs Herbert and our teaching assistants are Mrs Mackechnie, Mrs Hitchon and Mrs Creek.
We believe that learning should be fun, challenging, hands on and exciting. Our aim is to be independent learners as well as being able to work effectively as part of a team. Through our work, trips and visitors to school we hope we can develop skills that will help us throughout life.
Rievaulx have many responsibilities around school. A key role is setting a good example to others, we also help over lunchtime with our playground equipment scheme, some of us are members of the school council, health and safety committee and digital leaders. As well as our lessons many of us take part in a number of the extra curricular activities offered here at Christ Church Primary School.
